A Free UWorld SAT Alternative
UWorld earns its reputation, and it costs money. If the budget is not there, here is what Satified covers for the math section free, and, just as plainly, what it does not cover at all.
- UWorld: paid, both sections
- Satified: free, math only
- 1,483 regenerating questions
- Adaptive practice tests
- No account, no ads
What you would be replacing
Credit where due: UWorld's SAT question bank is a respected paid product covering both sections of the test, with a large volume of realistic questions and famously detailed explanations attached to every answer choice. Students who can pay for it rarely regret the explanations.
The problem this page exists for is simpler: not everyone can pay, and math practice at real difficulty should not depend on that.
What Satified covers free
The entire math half. 1,483 question generators organized by the digital SAT's own taxonomy, 4 domains and 19 skills, tiered easy, medium, and hard, with every answer, figure, and explanation independently verified. Plus adaptive practice tests that copy the real structure: two modules of 22 questions, 35 minutes each, routing between them, built in Desmos, scored 200 to 800.
And one thing no fixed bank offers at any price: regeneration. A paid bank is finite, and heavy users finish it. Generators rebuild with fresh numbers on every load, so the five hundredth question is as unseen as the first.
The honest limits
Satified is math only. There is no Reading and Writing section here, not as a locked feature, not as a coming soon page; it simply does not exist. It is also not a course: there are no video lessons, and it assumes you learn concepts somewhere else.
If you need the whole test covered in one paid product with deep explanations for both sections, UWorld remains a reasonable place to spend money. This page is for the students who would rather not spend it, or cannot.
How to run the whole thing free
A complete zero cost stack looks like this. Khan Academy for concept lessons and for official Reading and Writing practice. Satified for math drilling and full adaptive math simulations. Bluebook for official full length tests as milestones. Every layer free, every layer doing the job it is best at.
The math half, covered.

- Can Satified really stand in for UWorld?
- For the math half, it covers the same core job: high volume drilling at realistic difficulty with a full explanation behind every question. UWorld still offers things Satified does not, most obviously the Reading and Writing section, so treat it as a math replacement, not a whole product replacement.
- Does Satified have explanations like UWorld?
- Every one of the 1,483 questions ships with a complete worked explanation, and each answer, figure, and explanation has been independently verified. Deep explanations are UWorld's flagship feature, so judge the difference yourself; the standard here is that you never see a correct answer without the method.
- What about Reading and Writing practice?
- Not here, and no pretending otherwise. Pair Satified with Khan Academy's free official practice for that section and both halves of the test are covered without spending anything.
- Why is Satified free when similar banks are paid?
- Because one student built it for students, and using it costs nothing: no account, no ads, no locked tier. The full story is on the about page.
